Looks like Phelps will keep high-tech swimsuits out of his swimming career, but the question is will the other swimmers around the world do the same?
If every swimmer wear the high tech swimsuits, I'm sure we will see more World Record and Olympics Record be broken.
If Phelps still sets records WITHOUT a high tech swimsuits he is KING!
