Lebron & McDonald

On Monday, James flew to Indianapolis and spent whole day shooting a commercial with Dwight Howard and Legendary Larry Bird. It is believed that the commercial is for McDonald's and is planned to run during the Super Bowl, which would signify a significant new sponsorship opportunity for James.

If this is true, this would be James' third appearance in Super Bowl commercial. His first was for Bubbilious brand gum. Last year he made an ad for State Farm in which he dreamt he was playing for the Cleveland Browns.

Kobe Bryant the Heart Breaker

Kobe Bryant the Heart Breaker!

If you saw the game last night, you were definitely up on your feet and probably screaming "OMG, AGAIN"

The Lakers defeated the Kings 109-108. A 3 point buzzer beater by who else than Kobe Bryant.

At age 31 he is still dominating on the basketball court. Popping all different kind of shots. I won't be surprised if Bryant will perform another buzzer beater.

Houston Rockets No Yao.. No Problem

The Houston Rockets officially signed center David Andersen, Australian native, the 6-11, 245-pound to a multi-year contract on Wed, Aug 12.

Andersen signed a 3 year contract with the Rockets worth about $7.5 million.

Andersen played in Australian National Basketball League in 1998. After 1 year he moved to Italian A League, signed a multi year contract with Virtus Bologna, whom he won many titles in his 4 years span with the team.

Since the Rockets super star Yao Ming is unable to play this coming season because of a surgery, and retirement of Dike. This is the best option for the team.
